Summer can come!

The Healthy Living Association organizes exciting sports and adventure weeks every year during the summer holidays for children aged 6–13 in Lienz, Hall, and Innsbruck.

Sport, play, and fun are the top priorities of the holiday weeks.

Free from performance pressure, you can immerse yourselves in the diverse world of sports:

Volleyball, dodgeball, hockey, basketball, dance, baseball, football, adventure sessions, gymnastics, apparatus gymnastics, and much more!

During the sports and adventure weeks, you can let your urge to move run free and recover from the stresses of school!

The Sports and Adventure Weeks are waiting for you!

Exciting experiences and unforgettable gym sessions await you during the Sports and Adventure Weeks. In the sports halls and outdoor areas, there is plenty of action: everything revolves around movement, sports, and fun!
You can get to know and practice classic ball games such as soccer, dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, baseball, benchball, or brennball. You may also try hockey, badminton, artistic gymnastics, or relay racing, and prove yourself in exciting throwing games and on our pirate ship. All this and much more is on our program.
For variety, in addition to the extensive sports and games program, our arts-and-crafts and relaxation corners provide spaces where you can relax and unwind.
Our qualified supervisors will help you train and improve your athletic skills and coordination, and they will provide you with helpful tips and tricks in a wide variety of sports.
The Sports and Adventure Weeks are a full-day childcare program. Of course, you can also book the holiday weeks multiple times!
