The Healthy Living Association organizes exciting sports and adventure weeks every year during the summer holidays for children aged 6–13 in Lienz, Hall, and Innsbruck.
Sport, play, and fun are the top priorities of the holiday weeks.
Free from performance pressure, you can immerse yourselves in the diverse world of sports:
Volleyball, dodgeball, hockey, basketball, dance, baseball, football, adventure sessions, gymnastics, apparatus gymnastics, and much more!
During the sports and adventure weeks, you can let your urge to move run free and recover from the stresses of school!

Ben will certainly be happy to participate again because he had so much fun.
I would also like to sincerely thank you for the organization and execution of the Sports and Adventure Week and assure you that my daughter Ena was extremely unhappy when the week ended. Ena and my niece Marie would have loved to have another week added, which was not possible due to time constraints.
