These conditions apply when persons participate in contests of the association Healthy Living,Schöpfstraße 39, 6020 Innsbruck on facebook.com/Sport-und-Erlebniswoche. This contest is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the provided information is not Facebook, but the association Healthy Living. All questions regarding the contest are to be directed to the association Healthy Living via email or Facebook, not to Facebook. Participation is free of charge and voluntary and without obligation for the participants. The chances of winning are not increased or influenced by any actions of the participants. The draw takes place excluding legal recourse.

Eligible to participate are persons who have reached the age of 14. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate criminal laws, public morals or the rules of the contest with immediate effect.

A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Notification of the prize will be sent within 14 days after the end of the contest via Facebook private message. If no response is received within 48 hours after the prize notification, the association Healthy Living reserves the right to award the prize otherwise or let it expire. Data of persons under 18 years of age will be used solely for prize notification and not for promotional purposes. This consent can be revoked at any time in writing at office@sportwoche.eu. Participants agree that their name and place of residence will be published if they are drawn as winners. Participants may object to the publication of personal data at any time. Winners will be notified of the prize in writing via Facebook.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time. Such a change must be announced immediately. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to end or interrupt the contest or the draw at any time for an important reason without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the contest or the draw.

Further terms of participation (for example type and duration of the contest, type and scope of the prize) will be specified with the respective contest. Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the ineffective provision.
