Terms and conditions of participation for Facebook competitions of the Sports and Adventure Weeks

The following terms and conditions of participation apply exclusively to prize draws on facebook.com/Sport-und-Erlebniswoche gültig.

1. Scope of application, obligations, and costs
These terms and conditions apply when people participate in prize draws run by the association Verein "Gesünder Leben", Schöpfstraße 39, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, on facebook.com/Sport-und-Erlebniswoche This prize draw is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook. The recipient of any information provided is not Facebook, but the Verein Gesünder Leben. All questions regarding the prize draw should be directed to the Verein Gesünder Leben via email or Facebook, not to Facebook. Participation is free of charge and voluntary and without obligation for the participants. The chances of winning are not increased or influenced by any performance of the participants. The drawing takes place under exclusion of legal recourse.

2. Participation eligibility
Persons who have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate criminal laws, morality or the terms and conditions of the game with immediate effect.

3. Handling of the prize draw
It is not possible to pay out the prize in cash. The winner will be notified within 14 days after the closing date of the competition via Facebook private message. If after 48 hours there is no response to the prize notification, the Verein Gesünder Leben association reserves the right to award the prize to someone else or to let it expire. If contacting via Facebook message is not possible or not possible correctly, the organizer is not obligated to investigate other contact data or addresses.

4. Privacy policy for the prize draw
By providing their personal data, each participant over 18 years of age (age of majority) agrees that such data (first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number) may be electronically recorded, stored, processed and used within the Verein "Gesünder Leben" association for promotional purposes (by mail, telephone and electronically). Promotional purposes are understood to be information about events and diverse information for children, young people, and guardians. The data of minors (under 18 years) of age will only be used for the purpose of informing them about the prize and not for advertising purposes. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to office@sportwoche.eu. Participants agree that their name and place of residence will be published if they are drawn as winners. Participants can object to the publication of personal data at any time. The winners will be notified of the prize in writing via Facebook.

5. Modifications to the rules of participation or termination of the prize draw
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Any such change must be announced immediately. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or the prize draw at any time for due cause without prior notice. This applies particularly to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the competition or the prize draw.

6. Additional terms
Further terms and conditions of participation (for example: type and duration of the competition, type, and scope of the prize) will be stated at the respective competition. If certain provisions of the conditions of participation were to be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
