Registrations will be ranked according to the date of registration. The first 40 registrations per Sports Week will be put on the list of participants and will receive the registration confirmation including payment modalities by email. All other registrations will be put on a waiting list.
The parent or guardian acknowledges that the children will be supervised by suitable youth leaders, who will offer the children an impressive vacation week and will make every effort to avoid accidents or damage of any kind. Nevertheless, absolute safety cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by submitting this form, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and that the association, or the sports coaches working on its behalf, assume liability only for those damages that are due to intentional or grossly negligent behavior of the sports coaches.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accident and health insurance for the participating child. The Verein 'Gesünder Leben' association assumes no liability for any costs. The organizer reserves the right to exclude children from further participation without refunding the participation fee if their behavior repeatedly interferes with the implementation of the Sports Weeks. The legal guardians agree that photos and/or video materials that were created in the context of the public relations work of the project 'Sports and Adventure Weeks' and on which their children may be seen, may be published.
